About Me

I am an assistant professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, The Pennsylvania State University. From 2016 to 2020, I was a post-doctoral researcher with the School of Industrial Engineering, Purdue University. I received my Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2016.

My research focuses on nonlinear optimization algorithms and statistical learning, with an emphasis in decentralized methods over networks.
